Key Purpose of the Job :

This position assists the Placement Manager in all coordination and backend activites related to induction, orientation, placement/ internship, student preparation for recruitment, corporate relations etc.

Educational Qualification / Experience required :

Graduate with 2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

Indicative Tasks

Coordinate for student orientation & induction

  • Carry campus tours
  • Assist with scheduling time slots for various induction process
  • Provide any support needed for the student orientation

Provide coordination support during internship and placement process.

  • Support students by facilitating Placement and Internship related process.
  • Communicate with the prospective employers for interview date and schedule of events.
  • Welcome the interviewer at IFIM and provide necessary inputs about the college and to co-ordinate for smooth functioning at various locations (interview halls, written test halls, canteen etc).
  • Prepare student data, coordinate with students, coordinate with cos, schedule the interviews, handle logistics, ensure offer letters are given.
  • Coordinate with the Companies and schedule Placement/internship interview schedule
  • Schedule GDPI and interviews for the students with the Employers

Corporate Hospitality

  • Ensure logistics and accomodation support for corporate.
  • Ensure Corporate are received well at IFIM including serving tea/coffee, food, etc. in time while they are at the campus.

Assist in corporate relationship management

  • Create relationships with Corporate/ employers through research, cold calling, site visits, and ongoing communication
  • Database management: expand and manage the database of IFIM student internship/ job opportunities

Coordination for Student Job enhancement skills

  • Coordinate student workshops on soft skills, resume writing, interviewing skills, careers and other related topics.
  • Provide assistance to invited speakers/trainers

Data management & reporting

  • Track and manage student career interest data, corporate participation file, profiles, matching jobs, placement and internship status, schedules, etc.
  • Ensure other placement/internship related documents such as offer letters, pre-placement letters, internship experience letters, etc. are collected from the companies, documented and shared with students.
  • Document all program activity, track student placement in jobs and internships, analyze data, and present periodic reports to the Leadership team/ management.

Key Purpose of the Job :

The position is the first point of contact for any prospective student. The job holder assists in the recruitment and admissions of students for a particular IFIM Institution by getting in touch with the candidate(s) lead generated from various marketing campaigns. Job holder schedules and conducts campus tours for the prospective student(s) and their parents in the absence of Admissions Manager.

Educational Qualification / Experience required :

Graduate in any field. 2-5 years’ experience in university/college environment, in admissions/ registration or student services preferred.

  • Participate in the Admissions event(s) when necessary

Indicative Tasks

Information assimilation

  • Build broad knowledge on the college admission activities and guidelines.
  • Have in-depth understanding of the IFIM courses and offerings

Counsel students and assist in recruitment

  • Speak to each of the lead generated via marketing campaigns and understand their interest(s) in IFIM program/courses
  • Guide the candidate with the right choice according to their education, interest, etc.
  • Schedule campus tours and conduct guided tours for the students/parents and provide details w.r.t. the course/programs.
  • Connect the interested candidate(s) with the Admissions manager for the admissions procedure.
  • Assist in coordination of admissions interview panel and provide administrative support
  • Report on applicant status from time-to-time to the Leadership team/Management.

Assist students during the Admissions process

  • Review student applications for the eligibility and academic qualification.
  • Assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process.
  • Spend one-on-one time with students and help student with meeting application deadlines and deciding the best program in line with their career goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues and external agencies for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.

Participate in the Admissions event(s) when necessary

  • Collaborate with the program coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions, and recruitment related activities at various schools (for graduate programs); colleges (for PG programs) and any other institutions for lead generation process.
  • Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities as a representative of the college.

This position works very closely with the Director - Admissions & Student Services to meet the assigned targets.

  • Provide IFIM campus guided tours to visiting parents and prospective students.
  • Work towards developing, maintaining and executing a communication plan to the prospective and enrolled students.

  • Develop and monitor statistical records to be able to improve recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting, and overall operational efficiency.

  • Monitor compliance with accreditation authority and university regulations with regard to admission, registration, student payment and related student records.
  • Participate in a variety of meetings, committees, taskforces, and/or other related groups to communicate information and facilitate continuous improvement of programs and services.
  • Interact with finance with respect to student payments & refunds.

  • Collect and analyze a variety of complex data and information regarding admission, registration, online processes, telephone helpline, and direct services.

The position is responsible for all the business development activities related to Admissions. She/he will design and lead IFIM outreach events and programs to attract students from various schools, colleges, coaching centers, corporates and institutions for IFIM programs.

Educational Qualification / Experience required :

Masters degree with a minimum of 12 years of business development experience of which atleast last 5 years in an educational Institution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide Business Development Strategy for Admissions
  • Design and execution of the Admissions related outreach programs
  • Enhancing IFIM Brand value through marketing & communication
  • Oversee the recruitment, evaluation and admissions process for students

Indicative Tasks

Provide business development strategy for Admissions

  • Contributes to the IFIM Admissions and selection strategy.
  • Provides market insights about what admissions strategies are followed at comparator institutions both nationally and internationally.
  • Able to identify gaps in Admissions strategy and provide solutions to overcome these challenges.

Design and execution of the Admissions related outreach programs

  • Identify, reach out to and maintain relationship with schools, colleges, coaching centers and corporates for potential student recruitment for various IFIM program offerings.
  • Works towards diversifying the student recruitment base and also ensures attracting more quality students to IFIM.
  • Represent IFIM and act as a brand ambassador to the prospective students in various other institutions and corporates.
  • Stay abreast with all IFIM course offerings and faculty expertise and interests especially for attracting students for the Management Development Program and other Executive programs.

Enhancing IFIM Brand value through marketing & communication

  • Involved in creating marketing materials like brochures, pamphlets, presentations, etc. for the prospective students.
  • Guides and provides specific inputs to the marketing team in managing IFIM Social media pages for the target audience.

Oversee the recruitment, evaluation and admissions process for students

  • Planning, coordinating and facilitating of on-campus and off-campus recruiting events.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology.

Roles and responsibilities :

  • Ensure that the lead management system is linked to all our social assets, landing pages and website
  • Proven track record in managing SEO for an organization including On Page / Off Page activities, Website Optimization. Experience in all phases of Search Engine Optimization process, including in-depth site analysis, on-page optimization, link building promotion and fix accessibility issues. Manage the SEO strategy to ensure that the institution always figures at the top of the search results.
  • Manage SEM campaigns, monitor and report their performances
  • Plan and execute emailer/SMS/Messaging Campaigns, optimise and report their performances
  • Analyse the visitor metric on our website and social assets to optimise the same for maximum conversions
